To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or lawful resident, and meet income eligibility requirements. Additionally, you must demonstrate a sufficient income-to-debt ratio, qualify for an affordable mortgage, and have limited ability to buy a home through the conventional market.
